Having been involved in sport from a young age I developed a passion for health and fitness.
In 2015 I graduated from Liverpool John Moore’s University where I gained my Bachelor degree in Sport and Exercise Science. This provided me with a great insight of the health benefits associated with exercise, the implications of poor health and how to apply the appropriate training techniques for individuals according to their goals.
During this time I also took my personal training qualification and have been fully qualified for 4 years. I have worked with a variety of individuals ranging from the everyday population to amateur athletes and semi-professionals. My experience has allowed me to develop a passion for helping individuals achieve their goals from sports performance to aesthetic goals (fat loss, muscle gain) and general fitness. All whilst increasing awareness of strategies to improve overall health and to help create a realistic maintainable healthy lifestyle.
As a coach, I aim to build a trusting relationship with clients, whilst also providing all clients with a support platform. This not only applies to their overall wellbeing (physically and mentally) however to other factors such as stress reduction, nutritional guidance and lifestyle changes.
In 2017 I competed in my first Bikini competition. This gave me first hand experience of how everyday factors such as sleep, stress, nutrition and training can significantly affect the human body. This provided me with a better understanding of how delicate changes and specific adjustments can help progress immensely.
