Kerri is a Level 2 Fitness Instructor and Level 3 Personal Trainer.
Working with children for 19 years, Kerri is a deputy manager of a day nursery. Kerri got into fitness around 3 years ago after years of suffering from back pain, yo-yo dieting and not feeling happy her my own skin! She wanted to get fit and strong, and from then on she’s never looked back!
Kerri joined a fitness class group and loved the atmosphere and community spirit, making some real friends for life in those classes. Kerri enjoys HIIT classes, circuit training and weight training and is currently trying to get into running.
Fitness is here to be enjoyed and provides us with the ability to enjoy a healthy lifestyle. Kerri is constantly reminded of the positive effects exercise has had on her own physical and psychological well-being - what our bodies can achieve is truly amazing.
